The voluntary information is particularly sensitive personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation. You can refuse to provide the information without being excluded from the funding. However, it is helpful if you provide the following information, as this can be used to determine whether, for example, people with a migration background or people with disabilities have participated in the measure with equal opportunities.

Implementation of the project is not possible without funding from the European Union. The prerequisite for this funding is the collection, processing, use and storage of your personal data, which is collected in the “Participant Questionnaire”.

The legal basis for data collection, data processing and data use as well as the questionnaire developed for this purpose is provided by Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1060 and Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1057. The processing of the data is voluntary and takes place with your consent.

If consent is not given for all points here, the participant data may not be collected. Participation in the ESF+ project will then unfortunately not be possible.

This consent relates exclusively to the data for the implementation of the project.
